Contractor Estimate Maker provides a focused mobile utility experience for the product's stated core workflow.
No professional advice
The app is a planning, organization, or record-keeping tool only. It does not provide payroll, tax, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice unless a future product specification and required compliance review explicitly support that use case.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records, reminders, exports, and notes you create. You should verify important information before relying on it for work, legal, health, financial, or other high-impact decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, or misuse support channels.
Subscriptions and paid features
Contractor Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly to your Apple Account at the price shown in your local currency before you confirm. An eligible yearly plan may start with a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the yearly subscription begins and is charged. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Pro unlocks unlimited PDF exports and shares without a watermark, a business logo on PDFs, client signatures on documents, converting estimates to invoices, Modern and Executive PDF layouts and PDF brand colors. Earlier one-time Pro purchases keep these features. Restore Purchases uses the Apple Account that bought Pro. Refunds are handled by Apple. Without Pro, creating, editing and saving documents is unlimited and includes three PDF exports; when Pro ends, your documents, logo and signatures stay on your device and Pro-only output is no longer applied. Intellectual property
The app design, text, code, icons, and other product materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain responsibility for content you create in the app.
Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where reasonable. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by device issues, operating system changes, network problems, app store availability, or third-party services.
Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The privacy links in the app and store listing should match the current release.
