Information We Process
Contractor Estimate Maker is designed as a focused utility app. You may create app records, preferences, reminders, exports, notes, or other content needed for the product's core flow.
Data Handling
The current release does not require an account. Estimates, quotes, invoices, business details, client details, line items, notes, history, and generated PDF content are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export them through the system share sheet. We do not upload user-created documents to our servers.
Device And Diagnostics
The app may process app version, operating system version, device model, coarse network state, crash logs, and diagnostic events to keep the app reliable and understand whether core flows work.
Permissions
Permissions are requested only when needed for a user-facing feature. The current overseas first-release baseline does not request contacts, SMS, call log, precise location, microphone, camera, photo library, or calendar permissions unless the product specification explicitly requires them.
Analytics, Ads, And Purchases
The current release uses Google AdMob to show ads after the app's privacy consent flow and Google's User Messaging Platform consent checks allow ad requests. AdMob may process app, device, advertising, network, diagnostics, and interaction signals needed to deliver, measure, and protect ads. Estimate documents, client names, line item amounts, notes, and generated PDF content are not sent to AdMob by the app.
The app does not currently enable subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features are enabled in a future release, app stores or an entitlement provider may process purchase status to unlock paid features, and this policy and store privacy materials will be updated before that release.
Third-Party Services
The app may use Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform for advertising, consent, frequency control, fraud prevention, measurement, and service stability. If analytics, subscriptions, crash reporting, remote configuration, store update services, or additional providers are enabled in a future release, each provider will be reflected in the store privacy materials and this policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate analytics, diagnostics, purchases, support, or store distribution, and only according to their service terms and applicable law.
Retention And Deletion
User-created records are retained according to the product's declared storage mode until you edit or delete them, clear app data, uninstall the app, or request deletion of account-linked data where account features are enabled. Support emails are retained only as needed to respond and maintain support records.
Your Choices
You can manage app permissions in your device settings. You can delete records where available, clear app data, uninstall the app, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of support records associated with your email.
You can manage ad consent choices when Google UMP indicates that privacy options are required in your region. You may also limit tracking or personalized advertising through your device and platform settings where available.
