Contractor Estimate Maker Terms of Use

1. Service
Contractor Estimate Maker provides a focused mobile utility experience for the product's stated core workflow.

2. No professional advice
The app is a planning, organization, or record-keeping tool only. It does not provide payroll, tax, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice unless a future product specification and required compliance review explicitly support that use case.

3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records, reminders, exports, and notes you create. You should verify important information before relying on it for work, legal, health, financial, or other high-impact decisions.

4. Acceptable use
You may not use the app to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, or misuse support channels.

5. Subscriptions and paid features
Contractor Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly to your Google Play account at the price shown in your local currency before you confirm. An eligible yearly plan may start with a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the yearly subscription begins and is charged. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date shown by Google Play. You can manage or cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions. Pro unlocks unlimited PDF exports and shares without a watermark, a business logo on PDFs, client signatures on documents, converting estimates to invoices, Modern and Executive PDF layouts and PDF brand colors. Any verified earlier purchase remains valid on its original store. App Store purchases are not automatically transferred to Google Play. Restore Purchases uses the Google Play account that bought Pro. Refunds are handled by Google Play. Without Pro, creating, editing and saving documents is unlimited and includes three PDF exports; when Pro ends, your documents, logo and signatures stay on your device and Pro-only output is no longer applied.

6. Intellectual property
The app design, text, code, icons, and other product materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain responsibility for content you create in the app.

7. Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where reasonable. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by device issues, operating system changes, network problems, app store availability, or third-party services.

8. Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The privacy links in the app and store listing should match the current release.
